Participation in ThreeT Project as a good-practice for sustainable tourism
The Cliffs Interpretation Centre hosted participants of the Interreg Europe project “Thematic Trail Trigger” (ThreeT), organised by the Malta Tourism Authority and the Planning Authority, as main Maltese partners, working with several European regions to improve natural/cultural heritage offer.
The Centre was identified as a good practice through its concept of sustainability. A presentation was delivered to the participants (over 50 persons), who enjoyed the idea of local gastronomy and learned about the innovative concept of The Centre, with some opting for an accompanied walk in the area. On the second day, a representative from The Centre attended and contributed to the workshop.
