Herbs & Spices
The herbs and spices available are indigenous to the Mediterranean region, have particular culinary histories and provide considerable flavour to food. The herbs that can be bought at THE CLIFFS Interpretation Centre are hand harvested and packed from wild Maltese plants in the Dingli Cliffs area, and are produced in small quantities, about 20 to 25 grams per package.
Herbs and spices include: Bay laurel leaves, Dingli herbs mix, Dingli chilli herbs mix, Oregano, Red Chili Pepper, Rosemary leaves, Sage, Thyme leaves, Wild fennel seeds…
